It took me so long to really find the actual location of the restaurant that I was at in Prague, but thanks to my trusty friend Matt, I managed to get even an internet link so that I can spread the word about how good of a time I had there.

To refresh your memory: It was my first night there and Matt wanted to show me real authentic Czech food. In other words fish that is very salty and lots of potatoed foods that were not only tasty but very healthy! So we went in, and were placed out on the balcony in a very secluded portion of the restaurant, and we proceeded to order and talk and have a lovely time. I remember having the salted salmon, and potato mixes and being surprised that the bill was only 200:-. Can’t beat that.

After leaving I had an epiphany, of which you’d have to do some searching through this blog in order to understand. It’s not overtly said, but it was a realisation that both made me laugh to myself, and then kind of be shocked and feel iffy about.

In any case, the name of the resteraunt… (drumroll please) was Restaurace U Pinkasů which can be reached at the internet address by clicking it’s name. You will find friendly, and Czech service, with food that is delicious and heinously affordable. I recommend it to anyone that goes there, and I can’t stop thinking back to that night, about a year ago!
